Cancellation & Refunds

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your GetApi subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
  • No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends
  • Your API keys will remain active until subscription expiration

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your GetApi dashboard
  2. Navigate to the "Subscription" or "Billing" section
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

Refund Policy

GetApi offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions:

  • Full refund available within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
  • Applies to first-time subscribers only
  • Usage limits apply: refunds available if less than 10,000 API requests made
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals (only new subscriptions eligible for 7-day guarantee)
  • Pay-as-you-go credits and usage charges
  • One-time setup fees or custom integration charges
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day money-back guarantee period
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations

Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period, please:

  1. Contact our support team at support@getapi.com
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request
  4. Our team will review and process eligible refunds within 2-3 business days

Downgrading Plans

If you wish to downgrade your subscription plan:

  • Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
  • You will not receive a partial refund for the current billing period
  • You retain full access to current plan features until the billing cycle ends
  • New plan pricing will apply from the next billing date

Service Interruptions

In case of significant service interruptions or outages:

  • Service credits may be issued at our discretion
  • Credits are calculated based on downtime duration and impact
  • Must be requested within 30 days of the incident
  • Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable
